Is the NHA exam included in tuition?

Yes. Your NHA Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam voucher is bundled with both plans. You schedule it through PSI/Prometric when you're ready, on your timeline.

Where can I do my externship, and is placement actually guaranteed?

We have over 1,000 partner clinics across all 50 states. After you enroll in the Externship Bundle, your assigned coordinator matches you to a clinic in your ZIP code, in writing. If we cannot place you within 60 days of completing coursework, you get a full refund of the externship portion of tuition.

Are there any prerequisites?

A high school diploma or GED is required. No prior healthcare experience needed. We start from the basics in Module 1 and build to clinical-ready by Module 8.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Most students spend 12-18 hours per week and finish in 8-12 weeks. The program is fully self-paced, so working parents and full-time employees frequently finish in 10-14 weeks while keeping their current job.
